Fall Fashion 2006 - Frye Dorado Slouch Boots
I just got one of my favorite catalogs in the mail yesterday, Boston Proper. Not that I buy much, but I've found a few interesting and unique pieces in this catalog over the years. They have lovely accessories and jackets.
I see that the new fall blouses are very flimsy and see-through according to Boston Proper. They are using a lot of lace and frills and ruffles. They are also showing velvet peasant blouses with gathered busts and embellished bell sleeves. For Fall 2006 they also have the most expensive pair of boots I think I've ever seen in their catalog, something that goes with the push towards "Pirate fashion".
They are called Dorado slouch boots, manufactured by Frye. The have 3 inch heels and a fold over cuff. These boots will "shiver your timbers" alright and at $450 they may be the only thing I can afford out of this catalog....
